Introduction
The designed max full pressure efficiency is higher than 80% new series boiler ventilation fans and induced draft fans with the low noise.
It can be selected if the intake conditions are equivalent and the performance is suitable.
It can be used to transport normal temperature or high temperature clean gas, dusty gas, flammable gas, corrosive gas, powder or granular materials, fiber materials, etc.
Product features
1. Motor slide guide can be provided for convenient belt tensioning to reduce energy loss caused by belt slack.
2. The bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the installation of fan operation monitoring device.
3. Use liquid lubricating oil. It is not necessary to open the bearing housing to replace and fill the lubricating oil. The bearing housing is provided with an observation window for easy observation of the quality and stock of the lubricating oil.
4. The bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique anti-leakage design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing grease at the joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage in the bearing hosing.
